(Hillsboro, Ore.) – Retail leasing for a variety of grocery and food options, restaurants, wellness, lifestyle and neighborhood services continues at Reed’s Crossing Town Center in south Hillsboro, situated in Oregon’s largest planned home community. Tenants will begin opening in early 2025 in the 10.3 acres and the 104,000-square-feet, grocery-anchored, retail shopping center, located at the intersection of Cornelius Pass Road and S.E. Blanton Street, on the south side of Tualatin Valley Highway.
Opening in July in the vibrant Reed’s Crossing, in the central 8,030-square-foot space will be the unique Pets on Broadway, the metro Portland area’s largest, locally owned, independent pet shop. The new store will offer products for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals and freshwater fish. Shoppers will find everything from premium pet food and supplies to hand-picked houseplants and terrarium décor, as well as an enthusiastic team ready to provide advice, personalized recommendations and support.

New tenant QDOBA Mexican Eats, the leading fast-casual Mexican restaurant named by USA Today’s as the nation’s “Best Fast Casual Restaurant” for six years running, will open its 10th location in the Portland area, and third collaboration with Gramor Development. “As a locally owned and operated business, we aim to partner with local developers who share our commitment to Oregon and are dedicated to bringing quality food and services to emerging neighborhoods such as Reed’s Crossing. Partnering with Gramor is an ideal match,” owner Stan Kramer says.

New tenant Hops n Drops’ CEO Kevin Eggen said, “Opening a Hops n Drops in Reed’s Crossing Town Center is an exciting venture for us. This community is an ideal location for a restaurant that truly embodies a ‘neighborhood gathering place.’ We look forward to being the spot where neighbors can meet and connect.” Hops n Drops’ menu features hand-formed, 100% Angus beef burgers, ice-cold beer poured from iced taps at 34 degrees, and real fruit icy drops served in a glass made of ice.” He added, “We will be hiring around 100 employees for this location,” he added. “Positions include bartenders, wait staff, cocktail servers, sales support roles, and Heart of the House (kitchen) roles. We will also be hiring managers. With our company’s expansion plans, it’s a great opportunity to grow with us.”

At 474 acres, Reed’s Crossing residential development is, by density, the largest mixed-use master-planned community in Oregon’s history. Residential options include approximately 8,000 single-family homes and multi-family units as well as retirement living.
Town Center grocery anchor, Market of Choice, will open its 12th store within a footprint of 38,000 square feet at the east end of the Reed’s Crossing Town Center. The Eugene-based grocer with 11 locations in Portland, Bend, Ashland, Medford, Corvallis and Eugene, and has long partnered with Gramor in other suburban development projects.
