PARKING CENTER

Since August 2024, the new 8-story The Waterfront Vancouver Parking Center at 700 West Columbia Way has been providing the community with convenient, modern parking solutions. The facility offers 829 spaces, including 83 spaces (10%) dedicated to electric vehicle charging stations, and is equipped with three elevators for easy access.

Accessibility: The main entrance/exit is off Parkway Place (east), accessible from both Columbia Way and Cascade Street. Inside, there are two entry lanes and two exit lanes for smooth traffic flow.

Modern Technology: Experience effortless parking with real-time floor-level stall availability, cutting-edge security systems for your peace of mind, and license plate recognition for a seamless, touchless experience.

 

Cashless Facility: For a quick and efficient parking experience, take a ticket when entering. Before leaving, simply scan the QR code on your ticket to pay.

 

Scan to Pay Options:

  • Mobile Pay: Scan your ticket’s QR code with your phone before leaving.

  • Lobby Pay Stations: Conveniently located in both the west and east elevator lobbies.

  • Exit Lane Pay Stations: For quicker exits, we recommend paying before you reach your car.

 

24/7 Access: The parking center is open 24/7 for the public and monthly parkers. Vehicle entry gates close at 11:00 PM, but you can still access and exit the garage with your ticket or monthly parking pass.

 

Current Rates:

  • Hourly: $3.00*

  • Daily Max (up to 10 hours): $25.00*

  • Overnight (after 1:00 AM): $25.00*
    (*plus applicable taxes)
